When HWPL came to the Philippines particularly in Mindanao, it has been really a blessing and especially for the young ones.
HWPL really has been one of the instruments that are looking forward to end the war in Mindanao and bring about peace.

I Think this is the signification of this initiative; good initiative is to make sure the voices of youth, of the civil society, of woman can be heard by the government because the final word is for the government.
