What do you celebrate on March 14?
Every year on March 14 at exactly 1:59 pm, mathematicians around the world celebrate what is called Pi Day, the birth of the mathematical constant π (pi), by enjoying a slice of pie.
Men in some Asian countries celebrate ‘White Day’ by giving their girlfriends candies and roses to confess their love.
For some, March 14 could just be an ordinary day of going to school or work.
HWPL, a non governmental peace organization, which has received agreat spotlight for its cessation of war and achievement of world peace movement, proclaims that the whole world will celebrate a new anniversary on March 14 from now on.
It is the day of the ‘Proclamation Ceremony of the Declaration on the Cessation of War and Achievement of World Peace’
Prohibition on production, sales, and supply of all kinds of weapons of destruction and Religious Conflict Resolution.
The international law initiative proposed by HWPL includes articles on the conversion of weapon manufacturing facilities into beneficial use for humanity.

This coming March 14, he will call on the international community to greet a new era of peace through the proclamation Ceremony of the Declaration on the Cessation of War and Achievement of World Peace.
After the proclamation of the Declaration, HWPL aims to initiate the development process of the Declaration into an enforceable International Law that can be effectively implemented.
